REGISTER below for Annual Meeting Sessions. All sessions are free. Zoom links and phone numbers to join will be sent prior to the sessions that you register for.
Monday June 1 – NWF Annual Meeting Zoom Test
5:00 – 6:00 pm ET
This will be a test session for affiliate delegates to get acquainted with Zoom, check their computer configuration, etc.

Thursday, June 4 – New Attendees Welcome Session

All new (first-time) annual meeting attendees should plan to attend this session. The session is open to all annual meeting attendees.

Wednesday, June 10 – Resolutions Committees
Resolutions Committee meetings will review and debate each committee’s assigned proposed conservation policy resolutions. Each resolutions committee will begin with an inspiring video produced by an affiliate and/or NWF.

Friday, June 12 – Resolutions Session, Board Elections, and Closing Session

The session includes addresses from the National Wildlife Federation President and CEO, Collin O’Mara and Board of Directors Chair, Bill Houston. Reports will be received from the Resolutions Committees and final action will be taken on proposed conservation policy resolutions. Delegates will take action on any proposed amendments to the National Wildlife Federation Articles and Bylaws. Board elections will also be held.
Take advantage of reduced Early Bird registration rates by registering before April 14. Registration closes May 8.

Guest Registration
You will have the opportunity to register guests when you register yourself. Guests who will attend Annual Meeting sessions should be registered for an Annual Meeting Pass at the same registration rates listed above. Guests who will only be attending selected social events should be registered for a Guest Pass and will incur additional costs for any of the following social events selected: Thursday Dessert Reception $25, Friday Board Candidates Reception $30. Guests who are not attending any of the offered annual meeting sessions, events, or activities do not need to register.
